August 2022, Mrs. Duda-Chen represented a tech start-up originally from California on corporate restructuring strategy in connection with its upcoming pre-A financing. The California company was established by a Stanford Ph.D and focused on innovative technologies for air quality control.
Alpha Law, LLC was led by Fang Duda-Chen, Senior Corporate Counsel (Corporate/ M&A), and advised on all aspects of the structuring, due diligence and irrevocable undertakings with majority shareholders of the offshore company. Alpha Law, LLC will continue to advise on further transactions of corporate financing.
