Shengyang Wu is a founding partner of Alpha Law, where he brings his expertise in personal injury litigation and investigation to serve his clients. His practice encompasses a range of areas, including pedestrian and motor vehicle accidents, construction injuries, premises liability, and Article 78 actions against municipalities. Additionally, Mr. Wu has valuable experience in labor and employment law as well as dispute resolution in construction matters.

Prior to establishing Alpha Law, Mr. Wu served as Counsel at Caesar and Napoli, a distinguished plaintiff firm located in Lower Manhattan, New York. He passionately pursued justice for his clients, representing them in all supreme courts across the five boroughs.

Admitted to the New York State Bar, Mr. Wu is an esteemed member of the legal community. He actively participates in professional organizations, including the American Association for Justice (AAJ). Furthermore, he serves as the Co-Chair of the Solo and Small Practice Committee within the New York County Lawyers Association (NYCLA), contributing his insights and leadership. Additionally, Mr. Wu serves as a panelist for legal referral services within the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY).

Beyond his legal work, Mr. Wu is deeply committed to serving his community, providing pro bono legal services since the inception of his practice. His exceptional dedication to underserved minorities during the COVID-19 pandemic was acknowledged by the New York Law Journal, and he was honored as one of the 27 Rising Stars in 2021 throughout the entire state of New York. Mr. Wu also serves as a trustee of the U.S. WeChat Users Alliance in its federal case against Trump (488 F.Supp.3d 912 (N.D. Cal. 2020)).

In his leisure time, Mr. Wu enjoys surf fishing and indulges in the popular game Pokémon Go. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, he is well-equipped to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients.
